This US Residents Privacy Statement (the “US Privacy Statement”) is for individuals residing in the US states (also “you”). It supplements the information contained in Ficus Technologies Inc. (also “we”, “us”, and “our”) main Privacy Statement at https://ficustechnologies.com/privacy-statement/ .
It explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information and how to exercise your rights under various applicable privacy laws in the United States, including the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring (CDPA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CTDPA), and other applicable US privacy laws coming into the force (collectively, the “US Privacy Laws”).

- General Provisions
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you (the “Personal Information”).

We did not disclose any Personal Information within the last twelve (12) months. We do not collect, use, or disclose information that the US Privacy Laws consider sensitive personal information, as well as Personal Information related to a child. We have not sold or shared your Personal Information, as that term is defined in the US Privacy Laws, in the preceding twelve (12) months as well.
- Use of Personal Information
We use Personal Information to:
- provide and improve your access to the Website;

- analyze and improve the user experience on the Website;
- enable you to use the Services and provide them to you;

- Verification Process
